      Well, who doesn’t like to eat some “forbidden” food from time to time? It happens to me mostly on weekends: a pizza, hamburger with chips, nachos and salsa etc. I avoid the accumulation of “damage” around my waist by taking a bag of fresh vegetables to work the next day, and munching on it until the evening. I have been able to maintain a stable, healthy weight this way for years, even though i eat a fair amount of junk food.
